我司的Er,Yb:glass玻璃產品,又稱鉺玻璃,是一種綜合性能良好的激光玻璃。Er3+ , Yb3+共摻雜磷酸鹽玻璃(Er, Yb:磷酸鹽玻璃)是一種眾所周知且常用的活性介質,它發射的激光在1.5 – 1.6微米的“人眼安全”光譜范圍內。1540nm激光器正處于人眼安全和光纖通信窗口的位置。這就導致了激光的產生和信號的放大。1540nm激光器已廣泛應用于測距儀,雷達,目標識別等領域。磷酸鹽玻璃結合了4I13/2Er3+上激光能級 的長壽命(~8 ms)激光能級和與Yb3+共振的低壽命(2-3 ms) 2F5/2激發態。從4I11/24I13/2的快速非輻射多聲子弛豫由于分別在2F5/24I11/2 能級激發的Yb3+和Er3+離子之間的相互作用,能級大大降低了反向能量轉移和上轉換損失。Er3+/Yb3+共摻磷酸鹽玻璃作為LD泵浦的1540nm人眼安全輻射源,可發射直接用于激光測距儀和電信通信的人眼安全1540nm激光輻射。具有1540nm波長的輻射輸出的Er,Ybglass激光器不需要添加額外的組分。Er3+/Yb3+共摻磷酸鹽玻璃激光器是一種人眼安全波長激光器。由于其體積小、成本低而備受關注。EAT14:Yb3+,Er3+共摻磷酸鹽玻璃,適用于高重復頻率(1-6Hz)激光二極管泵浦1535nm激光器。在這種EAT14玻璃中可以實現高Yb3+摻雜。
